I have an M.Ed. in Reading Education and specialize in helping struggling readers. I help older students who are reading below grade level to find high interest books that are written at lower reading levels. I motivate students and help them to see their potential. ... More
"Trumpet Teacher - Musician, Trumpeter, Educator"
I am from a family of musicians, so I have been training my ear my entire life. Through high school I sang in choirs, while in my colleges I sang in choirs and received a 4.0 GPA for all my ear training and sight singing classes. Along with my education background, I would make a great ear training teacher.

Jeremy's lessons are very helpful for me.
I'm a Japanese business man. I moved into the US six months ago and could not speak English fluently. Jeremy focused on teaching me English pronunciation and rhythm.
I have studied English for over 15 years, however I have never practiced English rhythm. At first, I could not understand or enjoy it at all.
Thanks to Jeremy's patience, my Japanese English like robots is improving a lot. Jeremy recommended me to record my own voice. (I did not like that.) However ,I can recognize that I have improved when I listen to my voice which was recorded before.
In addition, Jeremy knows business well. He teaches me business English such as writing a business e-mail and making a presentation. I feel confident when I speak English in my office recently. Jeremy teaches me not only English but also communication ability.
Thank you, Jeremy!

While earning my degree in Biology at UC Berkeley, I taught at the Lawrence Hall of Science, a fantastic science museum that allowed children to learn about biology, chemistry and physics through hands on experiments. As a graduate student in Molecular Biology, I began teaching anato... ... More
