Sarah Jane L.
Sarah Jane is like a Dancing With The Stars professional and I'm like the celebrity. I'm twice her age and have my own expectations about being treated with respect or consideration, or whatever; but her job is to be challenging and demanding so that I learn and excel. But she also has to walk the fine psychological line of building a relationship so we do well together. It's called Transformational Leadership. We both hope to earn 10's from each other. She's great!
