I am an Orton-Gillingham tutor and have retired after 40 years as the lower school reading tutor in a New Jersey school, where I tutored the dyslexics (borderline, severe, and garden variety) and the late bloomers (the ones who respond too quickly to instruction to be classified as dyslexic).
