I just had my first lesson with John and I was very impressed by his knowledge of the subject and the way he was able to understand my needs during the studies and the material I needed to master. He had also a great patience and gave positive feedback. He answered all my questions and demonstrated a great knowledge on the use of computer related to my studies. If you need a tutor who is knowledgeable, patient and interesting to work with, he is the one!

Eva is just marvelous! If you are looking for an experienced, professional musician who will tailor your musical needs to a specific plan of action, this is the person that you should contact. I have had a half-dozen wonderful theory instructors, and Eva is right up there! She will listen to you and then formulate a plan. She will explain the hows and whys of the plan and still engage you in the decisions made, which are always open for change. Eva is enthusiastic and loves what she does, so I could not help but enjoy myself! I am really looking forward to my next session and my musical growth with her.

I have taken 4 years of Ear Training at NYU (Bachelor's of Music), and have relative pitch as a combination of training, performance history and innate ability. Having performed in many situations where harmony is necessary (and must be done on the fly), I have always had a strong ear and have been able to guide other singers towards better aural comprehension strategies. "Physics, Math and Computer Science"

Calculus is the mathematics that deals with the infinite and infinitesimal. It is a fundamental idea that is integral to our modern understanding of the universe. I've been doing calculus in nearly all of my classes for the last 2 years straight (majoring in physics). It is intuitively ingrained in my way of thinking, and if you're willing to put in the effort I can make it ingrained in yours as well. ... More
