Spanish is my favorite subject to teach because it is such a poetic language. I have been tutoring for about a year, and I have also been professionally translating it for area non-profits and other companies since before graduating from UVA 3 years ago. As a seasoned ESOL teacher, I incorporate all four areas (Listening,Reading, Oral & Writing (LROW) according to the needs of my students. Of course I deviate as necessary. For example, if I realize that most of the students' weaknesses are grammar and writing, I adjust accordingly. If I teach children, I'm capable of addressing their particular needs.
