"Accounting with Pedro (ENG-SP)"
I am originally from Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 1992. I taught Accounting Basics for senior students in the high school I graduated from. Knowing the challenges of an unknown career, I provided my students the first college semester of Accounting adapted to a high school level. As a result all my students enrolled in Accounting later at College reported high grades in their first Accounting semester.
I practiced Accounting for the last 25 years. My last position... ... More
Mr Eliezer M. has done an outstanding job working with a challenging young teenager. He has been more than patient in dealing with educational and emotional aspects of tutoring. To stimulate interest, Mr M. incorporates life experiences with his educational techniques. He has gone above and beyond conventional tutoring with preparations, computer programs, and a printed specific syllabus -- all done on his own time. He is always prompt and offers good feedback regarding lesson progress.
Mr M. receives my highest recommendations and I wish him continued success.

Heidi has been teaching our daughter on a weekly basis. She is a great tutor who can adapt to our daughter's needs. She is able to focus on her weaknesses and provide clear explanations. The one on one sessions allow her to spend the necessary time on every subject she covers.
Our daughter not only progresses in her knowledge of the English language but she also enjoys the time she spends with Heidi.
We have been recommending Heidi to our friends and other parents looking for support in English. She is a great teacher who has patience and enjoys passing on her knowledge.

Alisa is an extremely proficient tutor of Russian who not only understands the Russian language as it compares to English but also the art of how to get her students to grasp the knowledge that she is giving them. Her sessions are very demanding and can be difficult, but the time spent with her is always guaranteed to be quality time. Alisa is a tough teacher with high standards, and she will relentlessly pound information into your head. Sometimes I left after a two hour session feeling as if I had been hit by a train, but because of it I picked up on Russian extremely quickly, and now after learning Russian for less than a year I can hold a decent conversation at a dinner table. Many Russians that I have spoken to have been very impressed with both my proficiency and accent, and have even told me that i currently speak with better grammar than some other Russians they know.
Alisa not only helped me to understand Russian language and culture, but also helped me to fall in love with their cuisine. She makes an excellent Borsch, and will not tolerate you leaving her sessions hungry.
You are guaranteed to leave her with a full mind and a full stomach.
