Vince was the best. I would not have received an A without him. He was very patient and he kept me informed regarding upcoming sessions. Would totally recommend him and I can't thank him enough for his help.

"Spunky Tutor - Ready for All Needs"
Teaching history is my passion. It is gratifying to impart a sense of the workings of our contemporary world as it relates to what has gone before our time. I have taught World History, European History, Ancient and American History for many a year and find it exhilarating when the "light goes on" and the significance of our past is related to our present and perhaps future. ... Dominique is pretty much as good as you can expect a tutor to be. She kept in contact before the session, came on time, was prepared, was flexible as far as her lesson went, had knowledge on what to teach and when to teach it, provided information in a very clear and concise way, gave homework that was relevant and fun, and was also just a very nice person. She also followed up to find out how I did on my ASL test. I'd recommend her to anyone who really wants to learn ASL.

Our lesson was on Friday evening, when my daughter came home from a piano class, tired, and not looking forward to having a class. Elizabeth prepared a very engaging lesson, bringing materials that helped my daughter understand how to write essays, and going over them. She created a plan for the essays, and went over the ideas to cover with my daughter. My daughter enjoyed the class, and is looking forward to the next one. We were very pleased with our daughter's progress.

"Vocal Technician for Students, Aspiring Professionals, and Hobbyists"
With years of experience writing and teaching, I specialize in conveying this difficult subject to young people. Throughout my college career, I spent summers as a teacher's aide in study stills classes at St. Alban's summer programs. Upon graduation, I took a job at a tutoring agency that targeted foreign youth who struggled with English. I saw these students improve in skill and confidence as many who struggled to write a single sentence when they began gained the ability to produce weekly multi-paragraph essays. I also prepared students within the organization and on my own for the SAT ... More
