We recruited Gopal to help my son prepare for the SAT II Physics test. Gopal took a great deal of time preparing for each tutoring session. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable in his tutoring. He wrote a detailed review after each session, which provided very good feedback for us. He ensured that my son understood fully all the concepts instead of just reviewing questions. He was patient and was genuinely interested in teaching my son.
We recommend him highly to anyone seeking a tutor in physics or math, but are confident he would be a terrific tutor in other subjects as well.

Katherine was very professional and easily understood our needs. Our son said he got a lot out of the session and after taking the test on Monday says he probably did much better after meeting with Katherine on Sat. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable with her immediately.

"Tutor for children, teens, and adults"
I've been an elementary teacher since 2002, working in a variety of private and public school settings. My last full-time assignment was at a private, parent co-op school in Plymouth as 1 of 3 teachers in a multi-age classroom for 1st-4th grade students.
The school specialized in individualized teaching (our teacher to student ratio was approximately 1 teacher to 6 students!), so I'm used to working one-on-one with students of all abilities and ages.
In addition, I've also been a "regular" 1st grade teacher, and have taught a variety of resource classes to students from kindergarten thr ... More

It has been a pleasure getting to know Owen. We are impressed with his novel teaching approach, after the first lesson our kids were enthusiastically looking forward to another session. Owen is particularly gifted in establishing a quick relationship with the students, is extremely engaging and capable of expanding the students scientific curiosity. By complementing rigorous teaching with fun instructional games, Owen found a particular recipe that greatly helped our teenage boys.
