Ken set a good pace for the first session. He covered a lot of material and reviewed each step. He is very flexible and did not waste any time with chitchat, yet he did not rush through the material. I would like to keep working with Ken on mastering some more Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. He has already helped me start to get over some computer anxieties!
