Our daughter is an athlete and missed some classes due to travel and tournaments. I contacted David to see if he could tutor her on chemistry and help her prepare for an upcoming test. David quickly responded back to my emails and was a true professional. David contacted her teacher to find out what topics would be covered on the test, asked for worksheets that she was having issues with and went above and beyond by providing additional worksheets and had visual assistance and prompts on his computer. After the session, David continued to communicate with us and provided additional support and a verbal quiz to ensure that she was ready for class. David is patient, polite and an awesome instructor!I I highly recommend David as a tutor to anyone who needs assistance with chemistry.

My degree is a Molecular Biology BS in Zoology. I have minors in both chemistry and microbiology.
I had the privilege of tutoring Chemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, and Biology for a number of years while working on my undergraduate degree.
I also had the opportunity to student-teach both organic and inorganic chemistry labs. My senior year at BYU I was able to teach a couple of microbiology labs. I made learning fun. The students would be asked a quiz question one-by-one as they came ... ... More

"Physical and Biological Sciences + ACT Science Prep"
First and foremost, I love teaching! I was a teacher assistant and tutor in high school and throughout college, and I now teach 8th grade science full time at South Summit Middle School. I graduated with a degree in Biology, and so I am very knowledgeable in the Biological Sciences (Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Zoology), but I also have extensive experience with the Physical Sciences.
I enjoy helping students work through questions and concepts so they can figure them out on their own and... ... More

Jean is a great tutor/teacher with a lot of experience. She is always upbeat and very professional. I look forward to lessons and each week I learn something new and useful. Jean really cares about her students. Once she sent me a postcard from her vacation to wish me luck on a musical performance. Thanks to her fine instruction and encouragement, I'm doing well on the accordion!

My husband was in the military and we moved a lot so I quit teaching in the public school system and began teaching private music lessons. I taught folk guitar, accordion, beginning piano, trumpet, and ukulele. I have just returned from China where I taught English as a Second Language(ESL)at Tianjin University to PhD students.

"Master's in Business and Bachelor's in Spanish"
After living in Santiago, Chile, for two years, I fell in love with the Spanish language and the idea of doing business abroad. Upon returning to the states I pursued a bachelor's degree in Spanish which took me to Spain for part of the studying as well as allowed me the opportunity to work as a research assistant in the publication of a Spanish language book. One week after graduating with my BA in Spanish and a business minor I began a Master's degree through Thunderbird School of Global Ma... ... More
