I recently graduated from Utah State University and pitched for their baseball team. This spring we won the World Series of Club Baseball in Tampa, Florida and I pitched in three of those games, including the last 4 innings of the championship game. I was a member of the varsity lacrosse team at Woods Cross High. I was team captain in 2009 and was a Utah All-State Defenseman for 2009. My junior year my team went to the state championship where I played starting LSM. I practiced under Coach Mendenhol of Westminster college as I played on Team Utah in 2008. I have played the piano for over ten years, having started when I was six years old. During the first several years, I was certified through level 5 with the certificate of merit system, but stopped participating in that system when I switched piano teachers. I have played for various functions, including accompanying both solo vocalists and choirs, as well as a band. In addition, I have tutored beginning piano students at Westminster College.
