It has only been two lessons but my 16 year old son went from fighting me because "he wasn't going to a tutor" to really enjoying what he was learning. He came home from the second lesson very excited because he actually was learning something. He said, "Thanks mom, I'm really learning, my SAT scores will definitely be higher next time."

Dr Jerry L.
I hired Jerry L for tutoring in diff eq and was not pleased with his services.
My biggest complaint him was that he was charging me for preparation work that He insisted on doing before our meeting. I simply wanted him to help me through problems I was having difficulty with, and walk me through them. I am not complaining that he wanted to be prepared and have a "lesson" for me, I am complaining that he charged me to the example problems for our meeting in his free time. I have dealt with a number of other tutors before and none have ever charged me for their help on a problem via email, he was the first.
Even with all his "preparation" he still would manage to make mistakes in his calculations. There were a number of example problems Jerry did in his free time, but when I went to check the answers they came out wrong. Sometimes the wrong answers would come from an actual mathematical mistake but the majority of the time it was a simple mistake like reading the problem correctly.
NOT SATISFIED OR PLEASED WITH JERRY L'S TUTORING SERVICES.
