"Experienced English Literature Tutor and Teacher"

I have a great deal of experience tutoring students in both literary comprehension as well as academic writing at a variety of levels but primarily in introductory college writing and above. I've recently worked as a substitute AP. Language teacher and have experience as a Teacher's Assistant at the Junior College level. I've always found individual and small group tutoring particularly rewarding as it allows for a more granular focus on the skills a student needs rather than larger classroom... ... More

"Creative and Knowledgeable Theatre and Fashion Seamstress"

My interest in sewing began with my love for Jim Henson's Muppets. Paul was able to quickly help me understand and apply statistic formulas and principles in my current online college statistics course. Paul's way of presenting the topic provided the insight I needed on how to apply and work through the math that I was not able to get by just reading the textbook. Thanks.

In Algebra students will learn to solve equations (1st and 2nd degree) by connecting and disconnecting numbers and letters that represent numbers. I will ask them to "al-jabr". It was on ... More
