Tiffani rocks! Very patient we love her. She's not only helping my child ecxel accademically but she was able to help me navigate my parental rights and laws in reference to special education.
Getting my son to read and do homework used to be a chore. I hated the person I was when trying to help him. We would sit for hours and go back and forth over the same problems and it always ended the same way with us both being frustrated and him not quite grasping the full benifit of doing his work. I knew that if he continued to work with me I was going to have a child who hated school simply based on the fact that he hated homework and didn't feel "smart" because homework sessions were more like an emotional battle then a learning experience. After my son came home and said he wanted to be home schooled because he wasn't smart, I knew I needed to make a change.
Since we have been meeting with her he can't wait to sit down and get started on his reading(my main goal is to get his Lexie level up and increase his flow) .
Her patience, personality and senserity makes her a great tutor. Tiffani genuinely loves what she does and you will see it in your child's academic achievement

Calculus is one of the greatest inventions in the history of humanity. It is the intellectual machinery by which the infinities of space, time, and smooth curves can be converted into the relatively concrete realm of numbers and symbols. I believe the world would be a richer place if more people understood at least the beginnings of calculus, and so I teach this subject with great enthusiasm. I can help you with a calculus curriculum up through multivariable ("Calc 3"), as well as differential equations. ... More
" A Tutor Who Will Help You Succeed"
Success in learning is knowing how to get from here to there by developing the necessary skills. It is about learning effectively. My tutoring teaching techniques focus first, on my understanding how a particular individual person learns - for example, visually, orally, through rote memorization or otherwise - and then using that information to develop a plan by which I can assist the student to learn the subject matter most effectively. I also provide a context for the subject matter being... ... More
