"College student who loves to program and talk about code!"
I'm a programmer through and through. I grew up in the Seattle and wrestled for Woodinville High School and am currently attending Cascadia College to earn my degree in Computer Programming. I enjoy helping my peers understand the course material and spend much of my time helping them work through their code. As a tutor I understand that there is just as much to learn from the student as they can learn from me. I look forward to learning together with you all!

After two sessions with Richard I was able to take my test and got a "A". Not only did Richard get me caught up in nearly a day, he was able to help me learn the material and learn it at a fast pace. If you got a timeline that you got to meet and need to get the martial done ASAP but then be able to "ace" your test, Richard's your guy! Thanks Richard!

"VIVERE L'ITALIA ... learn Italian with a true native!"
I've lived in several countries, Italy, Switzerland, United States. I am a very likeminded person, adaptable, patient and educated. I've worked hard to achieve a PhD in Biomedical Sciences to then focus on a certification in marketing. I taught at Everett Community College and Bellevue Community College, and in Italy at private schools. I focused primarily on languages, such as Italian and English, and then Biology. I can teach sciences and business classes as well. I like to challenge m... ... More

Andrew is very courteous, patient, and makes sure you understand the material before you move on. He is very knowledgeable in many areas of mathematics, and if something he is not very familiar with comes up, he is honest to say that he will doublecheck and let me know next time so that I get the right answer. Also very easy to contact and responds quickly. Overall he was very useful and I would definitely recommend his tutoring.

"AP or IB High School Math and Science in Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville"
I love teaching Geometry. I teach Geometry as if it were a science class, since Geometry is the science of space. We do experiments and look for patterns. (This is the inductive part of science.) Once we find a pattern, we explore it a bit, seeing if it always works. Can we find any exceptions to our pattern? If we can't find any exceptions, then we have pretty good evidence that it is "true," but this isn't proof. For proof, we need to find an explanation, using logic. (This is the deductive part of science.)
