My daughter has some serious health issues that have made it necessary for her to be a cyber student. After two months of doing cyber school on her own, she was frustrated and despondent. We needed some tutoring help fast and were thrilled to find Barbara through WyzAnt. She lives close by and is a retired biology teacher from my daughter's school who shares her love of horses. Initially, my daughter's ability to do school work was erratic and unpredictable, resulting in some last minute cancellations of her tutoring sessions. Barbara was very gracious and understanding of her situation. She has been able to work with my daughter's mood and energy swings and gently guide and support her academic progress. Barbara came with us to meet the cyber teachers and quickly mastered the cyber learning environment. She is very enthusiastic about biology and makes learning about it fun. I am a biological scientist myself and have been very favorably impressed by the depth of her knowledge in this field. In addition to being a great biology teacher, Barbara has been very flexible and accommodating with scheduling her visits to our home. She is warm and personable and has an upbeat, can do attitude that helps lifts everyone's spirits. She supports my daughter emotionally as well as academically and is genuinely interested in her well being. In short, she is as close to perfect for this job as anyone could possibly be. My daughter would not be where she is now academically if she had not had Barbara's help. I feel very fortunate and grateful to have found such a gem of a tutor.

When I first contacted Dwayne I only had two weeks too prepare for the Practical Exam. He responded in less then two hours, and we set up an appointment. Dwayne went, in depth, over the material and overly prepared me for the exam. While taking the test, I felt very prepared and confident with the material.
