I was enormously impressed with Dan as a tutor. Not only did his assistance raise my LSAT range by 12 score levels, but he was professional, punctual, and easy to understand. I did the Skype format with Dan, which I found extremely convenient and effective. It was so nice to be able to get tutoring from the convenience of my home office without driving time as a factor. I was able to start tutoring right after work, which allowed more time for tutoring and practicing. I'm confident you will find Dan as effective, fun, and polite as I did. Great experience!

I am a former attorney (UCLA Law, 2007) and an EXTREMELY experienced LSAT teacher/tutor. The biggest determinant of your career options as an attorney will be what law school you went to, and how well you did there. And the number 1 determinant of your options for law schools, as well as scholarship opportunities (apart from financial need) will be your LSAT score. The LSAT is critical to maximizing your ... ... We were all very relieved when, due to Jeremy's tutoring, my son seemed to stress less about his algebra class, and I think he even shocked his teacher, and that's just the result we desired.

I offer mathematics tutoring for students in middle school and high school. I tutor a wide range of mathematical subjects, including Algebra and Calculus and everything in between. My tutoring methods vary depending on the strengths and weaknesses of the student. After having worked 30 years as an engineer for major aerospace firms, I have recently decided to retire. I can now pursue the things I like to do. One of things I like to do is to tutor.
I love working with people, especially when they see significant improvement because of my help. I have been successfully tutoring the last six years and have helped many people along the way.... ... More

"Patient Math Tutor"
I love to help students to learn math. Each student is different, so I often adjust my teaching method for each individual. I always try to stimulate my student’s interest in math learning. The interest mainly comes from having confidence in math, so my purpose is to build my students’ confidence in math.
I graduated from California State University with a single subject credential in mathematics. Over the past 20 years, I have tutored many students and have taught math at Jordan High Schoo... ... More

"private math tutor"
I believe students should be confident in their math skills. By getting good grades in school, their options in life (e.g. jobs, career paths) are kept open. I gauge where the student is at in knowing the concepts by having him/her work out the problems. Every problem has two parts: the first is recognizing what kind of problem it is (e.g. quadratic equation) and the second is the mechanics of working it out (e.g. arithmetic skills, factoring, quadratic formula). I have been tutoring sin... ... More
