I have always loved language. In high school I studied French. I then studied German with my husband at Berlitz Language School, where I eventually began teaching English. I am certified in Special Education, trained in IDEA, 504 and RTI (response to intervention) and have more than 20 years of teaching students with ADD, ADHD, those who have behavior disorders and are emotionally disturbed. I provide counseling to parents/advocates, have written many IEP's and 504s. I do my best to make any suggestions, goals understandable and user friendly.
