Mr. Mike was very prompt on his arrival and eager to get started with my son. He was a perfect fit for my 7th grader because he actually teaches at a private school, 7th and 8th grade Pre-Algebra class. I loved his enthusiasm and patient approach whenever my son wasn't sure of an answer. The best thing yet was how much praise and encouragement he gave throughout the lesson. We look forward to seeing him again and again as needed.

Mary is fantastic! She really helped my daughter with her reading home work, she is very experienced and knows exactly how to teach, with lots of encouragement and parental involvement. She has a passion for teaching and that is an invaluable trait! She brought her own materials, understood her learning needs, and worked patiently with my daughter so that she could absorb and understand the material. Not only this but she was flexible enough to provide all the time we needed for my daughter's assignment. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her as a tutor for any child or adult regardless of whether they need major skill building or only a little help.
She is definitely the right tutor for my daughter and we highly recommend her.

"Passionate tutor specializing in Spanish and Social Sciences."
I am a graduate of the College of Charleston, where I majored in International Studies with a focus in Latin America and the Caribbean. My education there required a very thorough knowledge of not only the geography of Latin America and the Caribbean, but the world over, because of the interrelated nature of the field and the nature of the politics of trade, which was the focus of my degree.
