Debra was outstanding in helping my daughter prepare for her end-of-the-year Spanish finals. She successfully clarified areas of confusion and intuitively worked on areas that would most likely be challenging. As a result, my daughter did great on her finals. Debra worked extremely well with my daughter, and I highly recommend her as a tutor. She is kind, professional, flexible, and highly capable. We can't thank Debra enough.

Chords can be physically challenging for beginners so I like to work with single-note melodies early on so that the student isn't quickly discouraged. Learning chords becomes the medium-term goal. As for the long-term, I will then use specific songs as examples for how music theory works in the context of... ... More

I am preparing to move to Germany and I met with Kylia to help me learn to speak and understand German. She was wonderful. Offered great knowledge about Germany and gave me advice on how to learn to understand and speak German that I would have never thought of or tried. I am hoping to have Kylia also tutor my husband when he comes into town this fall.
Mrs. Bernadette has a natural way of finding from the student the areas they need to work on. She has patience and a great sense of humor.
