Robert was a great help in building a connection and providing a solid foundation for overall study improvement. While primarily focused on geometry, Robert's broad understanding and teaching background provided great insight to improve our son's overall performance. Robert's calm demeanor created a comfortable environment for our son to learn. With only 1 month of tutoring 1 night per week, we were able to see improvement in tests and an overall grade improvement from a C+ to a B+.

The Air Force Officer Qualifying Test has the same format and content as a combination of the ASVAB and ACT, with some extra material depending on spatial relations skills. The sections on instrument comprehension and table reading are just specialized versions of skills we test in science subjects. The only truly unique section is the one on aviation technical facts, most of which are familiar to a physics specialist like myself. My experience tutoring ASVAB and SAT, my certification in ACT, and my scientific background combine to enable me to tutor the AFOQT successfully. I also was a phys ... More

This gentleman has now been my tutor for four weeks and I have excelled in my classes of graduate level Pharmacology and Pathology. Last evening Dr. W. and I conducted a two hour intensive review to prepare me for upcoming oral examinations. He proved to be more exceptional and patient than ever. I learn so much from our sessions that I have decided to continue my study with him for longer than initially thought.

John has been a great tutor. His way of teaching math has made it so easy to understand and solve math problems. I had always had a hard time understanding this subject. With John's help, I'm feeling positive that I will pass the GED test when that time comes. I look forward to working with John on Tuesday.

Hello! Robert is an excellent tutor. He is very patient and explains things very well. You can tell he has a passion for chemistry and really takes the time to break down problems and explain them. He is friendly and very knowledgeable and also provides some humor which is great, especially when stressed out over an exam! He has really helped me a lot. Not only do I understand what I am learning, he has made it fun and made me want to learn more! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great tutor! He was very easy to reach and flexible with times.

I have always had a difficult time in school and have relied heavily on tutors to help me out. I feel like a professional student at this point. In the 12 years of needing tutors, Mitchell was by far the best. Mitchell was kind, patient and took her job very seriously. She quickly clued in on my bad habits and worked with me on eliminating those habits. I began the semester with a C in chemistry and finished with an A thanks to Mitchell. If you are looking for someone who is professional but easy to get along with then Mitchell is the tutor for you! I highly recommend Mitchell as she is an excellent tutor!
Suzanne was a good tutor on the fundamentals of Power Point. When I had a more detailed request, she wasn't able to help me on the spot but she said she would research my question & get back to me. Two hours later she emailed me a Power Point file - setup exactly like I wanted. She resolved my special need perfectly & expeditiously. If the need arises, I will definitely hire her again.
I have nothing but very good things to say about Fred. He is patient, available, thorough, knows his subject, and is able to explain AP calculus to my daughter in a way that she can grasp and apply. In the short time that he has been working with my daughter, she has gone from struggling to get low B's on her tests to getting A's on the two tests she has taken while under his tutelage. He is excellent.
