Leah helped me create the spreadsheet I needed for my business using advanced formulas eliminating a lot of manual calculations. She evaluated how I was doing it, what my goals and needs were and understood what I needed to have. She was very helpful and I would use her again.

I want to take the time to recognize the truly dedicated and skilled professional that Leita is. Our son, though skeptical of the whole idea at first, through Lieta's enthusiasm and great "kid know how" to get young learners interested, has won over both his heart and mind. No easy task with a 13 year old boy indeed! We're seeing him be both excited to learn and showing great progress across a range of academic topics they have worked on already (Math, penmanship, writing skills, study skills, etc...)
Lauren's tutoring style comprises of both essential qualities, patience with the student and competence in her understanding of the material.
I've never been a school person so when my close friends and family heard that I was going back to college to major in biology everyone was a bit shocked, me included. The last time I had taken chemistry was in high school, which was over 15 years ago. When I first got into that chemistry class, I panicked. I had no idea what my professor was talking about and I felt very lost. I considered dropping the course and thought that there was no way I could get a decent grade in that class. I gave it some thought and decided instead that I needed more help so a tutor seemed like the best option. I found Stella WyzAnt. She is located very close to the PCC cascade campus. She brought me into her home, pulled out her chemistry textbooks, her periodic table, and other materials and off we went. She was incredibly patient, extremely knowledgeable, and to top it off, she's really funny. I actually looked forward to our sessions. She provided helpful ways for me to remember things, and she payed close attention to the things that was struggling with and had me practice until I got it. As I mentioned before, in my past I've never performed very well in school. I do have a learning disability and sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed. Since Stella is so relaxed and easy going, she helped for me to be more chilled out. Because of all of her help, I ended up getting an A in my chemistry class! I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend Stella if you are struggling in your chemistry class. She will seriously help you out and seriously make you laugh!
