Emily could not have done a better job! She motivated John and was always prepared to help him overcome his frustration with the vocabulary and critical reading. She kept him interested in the subject matter and also held his attention for each 2 hour session. John is stronger in Math than the other areas, but Emily was still able to give him several pointers/methods of problem solving, etc. to improve his math skills. I would strongly recommend Emily for anyone looking for a great tutor in all 3 areas of critical reading, writing and math!
I am taking CHEM1025 at Miami Dade College (accelerated course) and must say Gabriela's knowledge of chemistry topics is top notch. She is very sharp and seems to always find a way to help me understand concepts I would otherwise have trouble with. She is patient and keeps an excellent pace during her sessions. She is also passionate about the subject which is why I think tutoring it comes easy to her. She's relatable and easy to talk to so I don't hesitate to ask questions. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of our sessions and have a new found confidence in the subject matter.
