John recently helped our 9th grade son with his Honors Geometry, where he had gotten off to a rocky start. After Spending time with John, he scored a 98 on his Honors Geometry test, and pulled his class average up 10 points. John reviewed concepts, equations, rules and processes; helped solve problems and answer questions on homework assignments; completed specific preparation for all of the topics for each Chapter; reviewed and improved test taking skills; and helped build confidence and knowledge. I should also mention that John was very flexible with his schedule, emailing us his available days and times. We will continue to schedule additional tutoring times for not only our 9th grade son, but our junior as well.
Update. We continue to find value in our son being tutored by John. I wanted others who read this review realize john's dedication. Last week, John was unfortunately unable to drive to meet us. He offered us the ability to Skype or come to his home for tutoring. I brought our son to his home where John spent an hour with him. John could have easily asked to reschedule our appointment but instead, he offered ways to make it work.
