Mark explained strategies and equations in simpler terms that my statistic book didn't provide. Things that were complicated and hard to understand, he made appear easy and comprehensible. Some things in the book were incomprehensible due to the book's strange way of explaining things and making methods more complicated than they actually are. Mark elaborates on the formulas and explains strict rules such as decimal places. He provides simpler definitions without making the explanation too wordy; something the book couldn't avoid. I highly recommend him.

"Earning My Degree to Become a High School Chemistry Teacher"
I love science and math. So much so in fact that I earned two degrees in the STEM fields (a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.S. in Zoology) along with a minor in Math. From my photo, you can see that even my wedding was science themed. I want to make a difference in the lives of students by making science fun and easy to understand, so I am currently earning a Master's degree in education so that I can become a high school chemistry teacher.
My experience to this point has been majorly as a TA f... ... More

The Algebra II and Trigonomety course builds on the foundations developed in both Algebra I and Geometry. I have an extensive level of knowledge and expertise in all of these subjects. In addition, my knowledge of even more advanced subjects such as Calculus and Linear Algebra can be used to provide additional motivating contexts for learning this challenging subject. ... More

"Master's student tutoring students!"
I am a current Master's graduate student earning my degree in Public Health (with a concentration in epidemiology). Most of my experience is in science, but I'm also skilled with writing and/or proofing papers.
My best subjects are epidemiology (of course) and biostatistics. I don't have official experience tutoring, but I love helping my classmates and friends with learning the material; I am studious, hardworking, organized, and have ways of staying on top of my schoolworkwhich I can a... ... More

"Professor, researcher, businessman wants to help you excel"
A real advantage in learning mathematics is that all of your knowledge carries forward. The skills you learn early will be used in all of your future mathematics courses. So once you learn the basics, you will build on them as you progress. The first skill is algebra. The concepts (e.g., variables and inequality) and manipulations (e.g., solving equations and factoring) you learn in algebra are a kind of language that will be used in geometry, algebra 2, trigonometry, calculus, probability and statistics. These subjects use the same notations as do algebra, so once you master them you can move ... More

"Tutoring Science/Math/History "
Hello, I am a graduate student who is available to tutor elementary through high school math, science and history.
