"Fun Grandmom, Licensed Social Worker, Certified Rehab Counselor"
Hi! I am a licensed social worker and certified rehabilitation counselor (who also happens to be a grandmomma). Before I chose these career paths I owned two businesses and was a substitute teacher for Grades K-12 (primarily long-term situations). Teachers and students loved me, and teachers asked for me by name.
I believe that learning is a life-long process, and that process should be an enjoyable one. The more a student is engaged in the process, the more the student will learn. I h... ... More

Ashley did a phenomenal job working with my high school-aged son to lead him through the process of creating a great paper. With her guidance, he created an outline, rough draft, and final product that was reviewed and ready to hand in. She is highly intelligent, great to work with, and strict when it comes to getting it right (my son's comments, not mine) resulting in a great paper. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with her work. Money well spent!!

I met with a very kind, patient tutor named Ted! He made QuickBooks make sense. We covered a lot of information at a an easy level of comprehension. I am so thankful for the time with Ted; it was chock full of useful information. I look forward to meeting with Ted again once I get all of the homework done. Thank you so much, Ted! After one session, I no longer regret purchasing QuickBooks. I can see that QB will reduce the amount of time it took to track the same information in a vast number of Excel worksheets.

We put together a game plan for my poetry. George fostered a learning relationship. My focus is poetry and George understands my publication requirements and also my integrating the tutoring in my larger academic plan and goals.
