Serena helped me with my homework that involved some programming knowledge (MATLAB) and statistics. She was very knowledgeable and familiar with both subjects, helping me through problems one by one. She is very patient and is willing to explain any concepts again or debug any problems in the code together. Serena is also very accommodating and considerate of student's schedule and situation, which is extremely nice of her.
