As a former special-education teacher, I have a wealth of experience teaching students with ADD/ADHD diagnoses. As a tutor, I emphasize several techniques to help students improve. These techniques include- establishing routines, simplifying schedules, using clocks and timers to methodically build attention "muscles", and avoiding environmental distraction.
