I am a high school student taking college classes. My Precalculus class last semester was unbelievably difficult with an enormous amount of homework and only a few exams to make up my grade. I honestly thought I was going to fail. My mom recommended that I get a tutor. I found this website and picked Heather because she was nearby and had experience with Precalculus.
It was my best decision of the year! I ended up getting a B+ in my class. Heather is so patient, easy to talk to, and never makes me feel silly for not knowing things. She's very friendly. She gives me amazing tips and tricks and really helps me to understand math, and even enjoy it sometimes! I'm taking Precalc II this semester and I plan on seeing Heather before every test.
She is an amazing tutor. I don't know what I'm going to do without her when I go away to college next fall! A++!
I was looking for someone to calmly work with me every week to help me become more confident and educated with French, and Regina is doing just that. She takes the extra step to make sure we have a thorough and complete session together. She is EXTREMELY patient and really cares about the success of her students. She creates study sheets on her own time for us to go over at lessons and for me to take home as well.
I've rated Emily with 5 stars for every lesson she has given our son this year but this is the first time I've decided to comment. Our son was struggling very much with second year Spanish when we decided to get him a tutor. After a lot of time looking at perspective tutors, we decided on Emily. It was the best decision we could have made. Emily is dedicated, patient, dependable and very wise in her approach to getting students to understand Spanish in a way that they can carry back to the classroom. I definitely feel that if not for Emily's tutoring, our son would be in summer school with this class instead of enjoying his summer break. If you need a tutor and if she not all booked up, request Emily.
