My experience has been enlightening, direction driven, strengthening, and encouraging. My tutor has a genuine appeal and I like her decentralized approach to studying. She has helped me to connect the dots to my own areas of weakness, and provided me with constructive guidance to a check and balance study style that will measure ones outcome. I have noted her constant evaluation of me in each tutorial session which has given me insight to her customized approach based upon individual needs vs. a standardized study plan.

I needed a tutor for my 17 year old son for SAT prep and my son who was failing algebra! After reviewing many profiles on Wyzant I came across Alex's profile. I was highly impressed, not only by his academic qualifications but by the way he described his approach as being individual to each student's needs. As soon as I met him I knew that I had made the right decision. Alex connected immediately with both of my sons and was able to quickly access their learning styles and aid them in using the necessary tools towards the applications. On a personal note, my impression of Alex is that he is not only a highly qualified tutor but a very well spoken, extremely intelligent individual with a very likable and caring personality.
