From the moment I read Dr. F's profile I knew she was "the one". Her education credentials, background and experience speak for themselves but meeting her in person is even further convincing of her tremendous talent with teaching children. Dr. F took the time to ask questions to understand exactly what areas my son needs to focus on. She is very well organized and spends a great deal of time preparing his personal tailored lesson each week. She even developed special math and writing games for him because he asked her to "make it fun". She is also extremely prompt with posting her lesson notes so I can see exactly what they worked on ... it's amazing how much ground they cover in just one hour! In only five weeks I can see a tremendous improvement in my son's homework and test performance and his overall outlook on learning. Dr. Colleen F is truly a blessing to us and we are so thankful to have found her.

"Love to read and write. "
I am new to the tutoring game. After 8 years of Active Duty Army, I started attending Mott Community College to set myself up for law school. I love learn and I love what the future may hold with the broad spectrum of the career path I have chosen.
Outside of reading and learning, I write, a lot. I have written for various magazines regarding Freemasonry, a couple short stories about the life in the Military, and I am waiting to publish my first novel.

We inherited a Quikbooks program that was in very bad shape and no one in our company had any instruction for using the program. Daniel was able to straighten out many of the basics for us. He instructed us on how to use the program, cleaned up the chart of accounts, provided step by step instruction on how to clean up many of the past problems, process estimate, work orders, PO's and invoices. We can now generate accurate reports so we don't need to do this by hand on ledger sheets. Daniel was very patient, professional and easy to work with. We will definitely contact Daniel in the future after we are comfortable with what he taught us and we are ready to learn more about Quikbooks.

If your child is having trouble with reading, this is the tutor you need. She was great at assisting us in determining the cause of my child's reading difficulty and was available when needed. Although my child reads slowly, she now reads with much more understanding of the material. At the end of the sessions, she was reading above her grade level.

"Math Teacher/Professor (Certified in MI) with Masters Degree"
I have great success for working with students with ADD and ADHD. Teaching high school I found these students to be generally well motivated by physical activity and consistently changing the modality of the students receiving the information. This is done by a well organized presentation that keeps the students knowing what to expect even though each lesson is different and only presented to the students specific needs. Parents of ADD / ADHD student will need to be more open to “unique methods†since the traditional setting is typically not a very good setting for the student to ... More
