I have taught other students, family members, and friends the techniques I have learned. They all have seen a drastic increase in their grades, comprehension, and confidence. ... More

I contacted Steve when my daughter was failing Honors Geometry with only 3 weeks of school left. He met with her twice a week and helped her bring her grade up to a C which was practically a miracle. Lauren understood things Steve taught her that she had been confused about for weeks. Her grades on her subsequent quizzes and tests were all A's or B's and subsequently her 4th quarter grade improved. Lauren's confidence also soared and, while we still don't know her final exam grade, she seemed very confident before and after the exam so we're hoping for good things. Steve was considerate and encouraging and Lauren really responded to his tutoring. I would recommend Steve to anyone who needs help with math. I think you'll be very pleased with the results.

Christina was of course very knowledgeable, explained the material which in this case was pre-calculus to my son. From this his first lesson we made arrangements to continue with her. We're very pleased and highly recommend her. 01/19/2013 A lot of stuff covered today, but she took the time to notice that my son was not grasping some algebra material that he should've known. So she gave him a refresher and it worked. That's a sign of a good tutor. Thanks Christina, test on Tuesday. We'll see how he does. See you next Saturday !!! 01/26/2013

This was my daughter's first session with Serena. Would highly recommend her as a tutor. Very good at explaining stuff and can connect really well with my daughter. Very friendly and patient girl. Thanks Serena!!
Angela reviewed geometry and science with my daughter. Additionally she spent some time on reading comptrehension and writing. My daughter felt very comfortable with Angela and is very happy with her teaching style. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Angela!
Michael helped me break apart the questions bit by bit, helping me understand all the steps needed to reach the correct answer. He is very relatable and I was comfortable to ask him to repeat what I wasn't fully understanding.
I am new to the Spanish language, and I felt very comfortable with the material that was covered in my first meeting with Chris. We discussed some very basic verbs and their conjugations, pronouns, as well as resources for gaining a better understanding of this language in its native contexts. Chris was extremely enthusiastic and informative, and I would recommend him to anyone else looking to further their knowledge in this subject!
