I like how Nancy asks my student questions about the vocabulary he reads. I noticed she also encourages him to read in a louder tone. She was reading today out loud and told him to notice how loud she sounds when she reads and asked him to do the same. She is always encouraging him to do his best and shows interest in his progress.
