3 Halifax Spanish Tutors

I am usually very particular with the tutors I choose, however, Benjamin was the first person I chose to tutor me in biology and he has met all my expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the subject and thoroughly explains concepts as whole picture rather then just chapters within the textbook. He made me realize that what I had initially learned about biology wasn't thorough and complete so he was able to answer all my questions and fill in the gaps when needed. When I had difficulty seeing the big picture of the concepts he always tried to explain it in a different context and wouldn't stop till I understood. I was most impressed with how he was able to work so efficiently to help me prepare all within one week for my first midterm which consisted of 12 chapters. I went into the midterm very comfortable and only concerned not with whether I knew the material but more worried about my own test taking skills. With that said, I felt very prepared for the exam because he explained the concepts so I understood and not memorized the information that way I was able to apply what I had learned to the different questions. He also worked on exam strategies and he helped me guide the way I should be narrowing my multiple choice answers by having me explain why each answer was right or wrong. The only concern I have with Benjamin is that he has a lot of students and sometimes it is difficult to be tutored in the time you need, however, he was very available and accessible to tutor me every day for multiple hours the week before my biology exam. So if you just let him know your schedule ahead of time he will make time for you. I have full confidence that he is willing to go out of his way to tutor a student and I believe he will help me do the best I can in this course.

She has been working with me for a while now and the results are grate, finally understanding my math class. she is very helpful and will answer any questions if you don't understand. she is very sweet and nice to talk to I always feel comfy around her. I highly recommend her as your tutor.
