I took the ACT twice and received a perfect super-score of 36 and a high composite score of 35. I took 30 hours of Graduate level courses in Learning Disabilities as an undergraduate at the University of Oregon and became certified in the State of Oregon as a Learning Disabilities teacher. I also spent 3 months as a student teacher in a classroom with special education students. In addition, I took 24 graduate hours in Sppecial Education at Western Oregon State College. I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry (Univ of MN) and while in graduate school ('93 - '99) I was a teaching assistant and department tutor for general/organic chemistry for 6 years.
