I met Wendy on two separate occasions for 90 minutes each. I was in dire need of refreshing my algebra skills for an upcoming test for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). It has been nearly 20 years since I had any algebra courses and upon receiving sample questions I realized I needed help. Wendy is an OUTSTANDING tutor!. I couldn't be more pleased with the confidence I have gained since she began her lessons. Wendy was able to determine at what level I was and where we needed to start. We worked together on order of operations, distributive properties, negatives, equations and more. I am no longer fearful of the upcoming test and find that I am even excited to test my rediscovered skills. I have no reservations regarding Wendy and her abilities as an accomplished teacher and tutor. I feel very comfortable recommending Wendy for anyone who needs help with algebra.

Mr. L. served as my tutor for about 40 hours worth of sessions, and during each session, he demonstrated that he was a great tutor and knew exactly what he was talking about. Although the physics course I was taking seemed daunting at first, he broke up it up into manageable chunks and took the time to make sure I really understood each topic and all of the principles beyond a simple memorization of definitions.
