Mark is an excellent tutor. He is so clear in his explanations and the way he interacts with my 15 YO son is just right. I highly recommend Mark. Mark is quite accommodating in terms of the times that he can tutor.

My daughter really loves her. Seems like she has a lot of patience and good grip on the subject. I would love to continue with her.

I emailed Micheal before studying for my third NCLEX attempt. I perviously had used Kaplan and various NCLEX review books to study, and at that point I was extremely tired and discouraged while even thinking about taking the NCLEX again. The first time I met with Micheal, I had planned out my next few months, saying "when I fail again, than I can take it again before Christmas." He stopped me right away, and said "No, you will only be taking this exam one more time." Before I was overwhelm with information, I had piles of NCLEX review papers and books. With Michael, he gives you exactly what you need to know, breaking it down to the simplest way to remember. With pharmacology, which the NCLEX loves, he told me exactly what medications to know and what to know about them, so I made flashcards. I completed around 3,000 practice questions, which at the end of each tutoring session we would go over them to see where I was making mistakes and how to improve.
Overall Micheal is great, he gave me the confidence and did the best he could to make it fun. Yes, it is a lot of money, but if tutoring works best for you and you need the information broken down and given to you in ways for you to actually remember, than go with Micheal. He was also able to adjust his lessons based on my strengths and weaknesses making my time never feel as if it was wasted. I will say plan ahead, he is good at what he does so he has lots of students, therefore plan a week in advance to help you both stay on track for your test day. There is a reason he has such a good pass rate and I am so glad to now be a RN!
