Amreen has been tutoring both of my children weekly. We hired Amreen after my daughter struggled with elementary math last year. Since working with Amreen, my daughter has increased confidence in her math abilities and has improved her math grades as well as her MAP scores. In addition to her expertise in tutoring, Amreen approaches her students with enduring patience and positive affirmation. This is an invaluable trait in a tutor since children may experience lowered self-esteem even from short-term academic struggles. My daughter's confidence, self-esteem, and math performance have all improved! What more could I ask?
My son was interested in advancing his knowledge in science, especially biology. He had become bored with his science classes at school and did not feel challenged. He really looks forward to tutoring each week and any homework he receives from Amreen! He is genuinely excited to learn.
