"SAT Math, HS Math, Music Theory and Violin"

Before attending Princeton University with a major in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, I tutored students in high school math during my free time after school for the National Honor Society. I have also given private lessons for violin every Sunday morning. I love helping people understand various subjects, and most importantly, I enjoy teaching people subjects that I love and to share my interests! I believe that the most important approach for any subject is repetition and pr... ... More

"Princeton Premed Student Teaching Biology, Music Theory, etc. "

I am a first year undergraduate student at Princeton University studying Neuroscience on the Premed track. While I am new to tutoring, I have had significant experience teaching middle and high school students music lessons, and have coached several music groups. I feel that this experience in teaching, combined with my knowledge in the subject areas I have listed, will have prepared me more than adequately for tutoring. Furthermore, I am excited about the opportunity to tutor because I e... ... More

Very few people can teach more then one subject well. But Diane is just as capable at teaching math, as she is teaching History. Although It has only been the first 3 weeks of my tutoring with Diane I have improved greatly in both sections.

"Trained by the 2 largest tutoring companies in the US. SAT too!"

There is nothing that excites me more than watching a student's face light up from learning. My goal when I teach is to help a student achieve their potential by working on their confidence and motivation. I love to learn and I love working with students and the two together are a marriage made in heaven. After college, I spent many years teaching in public schools and then moved on to teach statistics and system development in corporate America. After retiring from corporate America, I r... ... More

"Experienced Language Arts Tutor: All Levels"

Hi! I'm Dr. Judith, but I prefer "Judy." My experience includes over 30 years teaching and tutoring both language arts (reading and writing-research, ACT, SAT prep) and fine arts (piano, vocal, art and music history). In that time I have taught almost all levels and age groups: nursery school, middle school, high school and college. I am at present teaching a college research writing course and tutoring third and fifth grade students to express their literary insights! What I love the m... ... More

Katelyn is a fantastic tutor. She's not only extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about the SAT, she is fun, nice and encouraging. I would most definitely recommend her for SAT or other English studies.

Lisa helped me to get setup and to know the important areas for me to concentrate on to establish my business in QuickBooks. This is an important step for me to gain control over where my money is going. This will make it much easier at tax time too! I appreciate Lisa's help in this important step.
Renee is an excellent tutor. She is very kind and patient and since she started working with my nephew his confidence in reading has improved greatly. My nephew has ADHD and she is wonderful the way she gets him back on task when he has trouble focusing at times. She really seems to care and only wants the best for him. We have also noticed an improvement in his overall self-esteem. We are very pleased with Renee and we would recommend her to anyone. She is awesome.
