"Oxford-educated academic coach"

My name is Andy and I am a full-time academic coach. I moved to Seattle from the UK in the summer, and I absolutely love the place! I have been an academic coach for five years now, and I have recently had a textbook published in the UK by a major publisher. I hold a degree in History and Politics from Oxford University, and I did a Master's in Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies at Edinburgh University. Neither had any practical purpose or intentions, I just enjoy learning in the same way as ... ... More

Lisa has been working with our daughter for several weeks now. My daughter would rather throw a party than work on her hand-writing. But Lisa is very patient with her and tries new things until Abby is engaged. Lisa does a lot of research outside of Abby's lesson to find ways to strengthen her grip and develop her fine motor skills. I would highly recommend Lisa, I'm thankful WyzAnt helped us connect!
Mike has done an excellent job working with my daughter on her Math and Science. She is comfortable with him and likes the sessions. I am very happy with his performance and look forward to working with him next year.
