We have been extremely fortunate to find Fran V through WyzAnt. My 14 year old son had been struggling with his first year of Algebra, and was beginning to fail all of his tests. Fran responded quickly to my request for a tutor, and I was very impressed with her response. She made herself readily available to start working with him. I saw an immediate improvement in my son's grades and in his confidence. I was thrilled when he came home with a 92 on his last test! Fran has a very patient positive way of working with kids, and has been able to teach my son in a way that he has responded to. She is flexible with her time, and made herself available the night before a test or quiz to review with him. Fran's knowledge of Math and her excellence at teaching a child who may learn a little differently, makes her a great choice to help someone who is struggling with Algebra.

We are two months into our school year with Richard, and we are glad to have found him. He has helped each of my boys, one middle school, one high school, pay better attention to details, remember their formulas, and just generally have a better attitude about math. He has also been very reasonable regarding our ever-shifting schedule. He is on time and gets done on time. Highly recommend him!
