We made plans to see Philip on a Tuesday, after having set the weekends for tutoring, even though we needed him the preceding weekend (we worked around his schedule), and arranged to see him for several hours on Tuesday. At the last minute, he changed the session to one hour, which is of no value to us. We are very disappointed.
