"Patient Programming Tutor Excited to Help"
Since I was young, I've loved computers, and being creative. I started programming in high school, and it's been my favorite hobby ever since. Then, I graduated from my local college with a degree in Software Engineering and discovered a new passion in tutoring.
Tutoring has been a great way for me to help others and share with them my excitement for programming. I pride myself in my ability to stimulate my students' minds and guide them to solve problems on their own. I've helped hundreds a... ... More

We used Todd for PreCalculus and for Physics. Both are Advanced Placement courses, requiring a lot of knowledge and experience on both topics. Todd was upfront with his knowledge and worked through a problem that was not clear to all. He shared from his vast high school and college experiences, to assist with the testing process as well.
His teaching method is very good, leading and allowing his students to express themselves and using the "learn by doing" model. He thinks through each step of the problem with his student, making sure they comprehend each part before moving forward.

I hired Alex as a differential equations tutor and was extremely satisfied with his services. He came to my first appointment prepared with all of the problems I sent him already worked out. Because of this we were able to cover a lot of material in a very short period of time. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, and effectively able to phrase the complex concepts of differential equations in a easy to understand manner.
I would definitely hire him again. If you are having difficultly with anything involving math, you won't find a better tutor than Alex. He will help you more in one lesson than most could in three. Best money I ever spent!

I cannot imagine having anyone better than this tutor. She has come to my rescue just as I was ready to renounce computers forever. She is an inspiring teacher and extremely patient and sympathetic, which I really needed. I am so grateful for what she is doing for me.

Michael is a great tutor. He is very professional and takes his job seriously. He comes prepared for every session, doesn't waste any time, and puts a lot of effort into his written summaries (very informative for parents). Michael has impressed us with his ability to quickly recognize student's strengths and weaknesses and his observations and suggestions have been extremely helpful. He is a serious tutor who expects nothing less from his students.
Glad that my daughter is working my Michael again! It reassures me that my daughter is in good hands.

Evan was very knowledgeable about the ISEE test and was able to outline a plan for mastering the test after he met with my 8thgrade son for the first visit. I was very impressed with him. He helped my son stay focused, even though the visits were more than an hour (at my request), and my son described him as a combination of funny but serious. In the end, my son did very well on the test! Which is a huge testament to Evan's skills and talent as a tutor. GREAT find.
