Sara started the lesson by figuring out my daughter learning style and organization skills. My daughter took all the suggestions and it already showed on grades in class and home work. Sara taught her different strategies to apply during tests and home studding. We are very pleased with Sara’s work and I’m sure my daughter will benefit a lot from the lessons.

Lorraine helped me with written math problems for one of my Real Estate exams. She was amazing! I could not have passed the exam without her. I will most certainly use her help again.
I was looking for a tutor who knew both Algebra and Spanish and Roberto is very experienced in both. He is a retired educator and his background was impeccable. My son was hesitant and embarrassed to be tutored and even fought me to go. After one lesson with Roberto, he admitted to me that he really liked the work and was beginning to learn. Roberto quickly assesses needs and his approach is very comfortable and easy going, but that does not mean he does not mean business. He is very punctual and flexible with scheduling. Roberto took the time to get the text books my child was using and spent extra time up front to catch my son up on his studies. He explains math and algebra in such a way that my son really understood it to excel. After 3 months, my son brought his Algebra grade up to a B from a very low C - and the following semester, without more tutoring, he is averaging an A - to B+ and we are very pleased with that. My son was flunking Spanish and after the tutoring, he passed the semester with a C. He is still keeping a C this following semester. I would highly recommend Roberto, he was particularly liked by my son, so boys would get along well with Roberto. He is not authoritarian. Of course, your child needs to do the work, but Roberto is encouraging, drives goals and wants the best for your child. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
