There's no question when working with her that she will be the smartest person in the room. But, I did find her disposition and methods of pedagogy wanting. If you do not already love the subject material and/or don't get it the first time, she is not the most understanding or empathetic. A great tutor should be able to get on the student's level and teach the material in a way they understand this includes pacing, adapting personalities, and techniques for remembering the subject.
In summation, she's highly bright and qualified but does not connect with you or your learning style to ideally teach the subject matter.

My son had a great experience with Kevin as his tutor. This is the first time we have tried a tutor, but as my son got a little behind in his advanced math class, we thought it would be helpful to have some oneonone time for him to work through some of the problems. Kevin made him feel comfortable and worked on him to study for an upcoming test. He was much more confident about the problems after meeting with Kevin.
