We were not pleased at all with our tutoring session. He did not know the material. She was working on homework that is online and for every wrong answer, the grade goes down. They worked on 4 problems and he got every one of them wrong. He did not explain how he got the answer, even though it was wrong, and just told my daughter what the answer was. And it was the wrong answer. Then they sat in silence for quite a while and then she asked him to leave about 10 minutes early. We will not be scheduling any other lessons with Tom.

I hired Diana to help learn Excel, and she was amazing! She always came to the session with a well structured lesson plan, but easily incorporated my assignments into it too. I needed help on Excel to get through my MBA, and Diana was definitely able to get me up to speed on complicated Excel uses in business school. She is extremely patient, friendly, punctual, and creative.
