Great tutor. Explains and asks the student to explain. You hear things like, "what is the next step" and "when in doubt, go for the quadratic equation." After about 2 sessions, they really started to click and they are making great progress. Seeing incredible progress! After realizing I was not as prepared as I should be to take the GMAT I called Gary on a Saturday morning and told him I was taking the test in less than two weeks.
