I am an enthusiastic teacher and enjoy sharing my passion for music. With each student I work to create an individualized method according to each person's level, goals and personality. The most important thing to me as a teacher is that students continue to grow and challenge themselves. Music is a journey that continually rewards oneself. It has given me so much joy and has influenced my life in areas beyond music. In addition to teaching piano, music history/theory, songwriting, music... ... More

I have followed Randy for about 5 classes so far. He inspired me each class - the best piano teacher I have ever met. As a physician, I don't have enough time to practice. Most of the time, it feels boring or difficult to even sitting in the front of the piano after a long day. However, he inspired me that you could make your own music in 1 minute. You can sing and feel inside while playing. We all know that not everyone can be a pianist. However, we all can enjoy music as much as we could - Randy will make you fall in love with piano, fall in love with your own feeling on the instrument. We obviously work as the best team so far. Of course, if you do want to be a pianist, I do believe that he has enough experience to work out with you and find the best way teaching you. Yes. Choose him. He is the best!

Music is a cumulative art form: what you learn from the song you are writing or learning is what you bring to the next song you write and learn. My motto and key phrase is 'The art of writing is re-writing.' I give honest, clear and concise evaluations. I am by nature a cheerleader and encouraging. I really want you to learn and to become a great songwriter. My years of experience give me an objective point of view toward the craft and helping you write your song. I very much enjoy working wi... ... More

Gary has a great style of teaching. He is patient and tries to help his student by choosing appropriate software & hardware. He is good with MS Office & also efficient in Java Script & html. If I need anything in the future, I would consult him.
Excellent statistics tutor. Came on board mid semester. Immediately availed himself and met my son three times in one week to get him through a test, which he did. Grades continues to improve. Life saver. Finished with a great grade. Highly recommend.
