Cameron was very punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable in the time I met with him to discuss various topics within finance and my career goals. He showed up on time and explained the concepts at a pace that allowed me to easily understand them. He drew models allowing me to visually learn, instead of only giving me notes. In addition, Cameron provided numerous real world examples to further my understanding of the particular topic. He was pleasant and enthusiastic, which made me comfortable in the fact that he wanted to be there and teach me. After the lesson, he even supplemented what he taught by emailing me a list of the important topics we covered, as well as sent some highly recommended books for furthering my knowledge. I would highly recommend him as a tutor!

"UC Berkeley '15 Math Tutor"

I was born and raised in California, where I developed a love for math and teaching at an early age. In 2015, I graduated summa cum laude from UC Berkeley with a 3.97 GPA and a B.A. in Mathematics. After moving to New York City and working on Wall Street at McKinsey's private hedge fund for a year, I missed math and left to explore other opportunities. For the past few months, I've been working as a professional math tutor and realizing my goal of helping students succeed academically. I have... ... More

I graduated from Harvard University in 1994 and have been full time teaching as a professor at Caltech for the last 10 years. I am a tenured professor teaching Logic and Calculus. I have been teaching students for 20 years and absolute love it. It is such a joy to help students achieve academic success. As a student, I failed in school, but when I was 18, my mom hired a tutor for me to prepare for the SATs. Not only did that tutor enable me to get a perfect 1600 on the SATs, but he also al... ... Definitely a very patient tutor. When he sees that you're not understanding something, he thinks of different ways to explain it to you so you do understand. He makes you feel confident that you do know what you're doing when it comes to the SAT. He makes learning vocabulary fun & interesting by using your own experiences to remember the words. Overall a very supportive & helpful tutor who I would definitely recommend to anyone.
