My first lesson with Simeon went great, he was very patient and didn't get flustered. I haven't done math in 10 years and he helped me out more in 1 hour then I could trying to study by myself. I highly recommend him as a tutor.

"Patient and Creative: Writing, Math, Science; SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT"
The most important attributes of any teacher are empathy and patience.
I currently attend Harvard University and work as a professional writer and tutor. I've lived all over the United States, although I grew up in Scotland of all places. My scores on the SAT and ACT were perfect (2400 and 36 respectively), though I too had to work hard to get there, so I know what it's like when you're just starting out.
Over the years, I've worked with students suffering from ADD, autism, dyslexia, dysgr... ... More

Mary is extremely helpful. She knows a lot about garments construction and what will and will not work. I have worked on my collections on my own time and showed her my progress with the last two sessions and she always has comments, praise, and suggestions, which is really encouraging. Mary also knows a lot about machine maintenance and has helped me to both dust and oil my machine. We have so far worked on construction with shine finished fabrics, sewing points, trimming and grading, boning, and elastic. Next we are planning to work with collars and hand stitching. Again, she is very knowledgeable with a lot of resources and is super friendly!
